We’re proud to support British producers and farmers so, where possible, we always look to source the freshest seasonal local produce. From ripe summer strawberries through to new season lamb, we leave no field unturned in the search for the freshest ingredients. Our philosophy is to tread lightly and to help protect our environment for generations to come, something that is intrinsic to both our business and our sourcing model.
